The Surprise PTSA is an organization of parents, teachers, students and other dedicated individuals who volunteer their time, energy and resources to impact Surprise School, our community and our children’s future.  

To join us, fill out and send in this registration form and pay your dues to the Surprise PTSA via Surprise Elementary School! We have made it even easier to pay for your membership! If you would like to use a credit card, debit card, or pay directly from your bank account, click on the Pay Pal button below to be sent to Pay Pal's secure site. Pay Pal is free to use and makes it easy for you to become a member of our PTSA. 


By joining Surprise PTSA you also become a member of the Arizona PTA as well as the National PTA which is the oldest and largest child advocacy group in the country.  You join over 6 million others who care about issues that affect our children’s education.

  • Individual Membership

    Individual Membership allows only one person or one member of a family to have a vote in Surprise PTSA as well as Arizona and National PTA.

  • Family Membership

    Family Memberships allow up to 4 family members to act as a designee for voting at meetings. It is only 1 vote per family.  Please include each family member's name who may vote on behalf of the family in the instructions area of your payment. And yes, students are considered voting members!

    Community Partners who would like to be included in our membership receive a business card size ad on our website as well as in our newsletter which reaches out to over 870 families at Surprise School!
