Fundraising
Throughout the course of the school year, Surprise PTSA will hold fundraisers to help sponsor our events.
Smencils are on sale every Monday after school. Smencils are just $1 and the proceeds will help us raise funds for new playground equipment.
The following fundraisers will be throughout the year and require no extra money spent or participation beyond your regular grocery shopping!
We will be participating in the Food City Receipt program starting in September 2009. The program has recently changed to include keytags that are being distributed to all students to take home to families. If you are interested in receiving a keytag to support Surprise School as we participate in the Food City receipt program, please contact our fundraising chairperson at fundraising@surpriseptsa.com .
This is Surprise School's Fry's Cool Cash Barcode for the 2009-2010 school year! Please copy and paste this barcode, bring it to Fry's Marketplace Grocery Store and have them scan it along with your VIP card. You only need to do this one time and then this bar code will be matched up with your VIP card for the school year. Every time you shop at Fry's and use your VIP card, our school can earn money that we will use to fund our Cub Olympics Field Day event in April 2010!
In the 2009-2010 school year Surprise PTSA is putting money back into our classrooms with our Box Tops for Education fundraising. We will give back 100% of the Box Top money each individual class earns directly to that class so that our teachers don't have to spend so much of their own money on supplies. Last school year we raised $500 that went right back to our classrooms! This is just one way we want to say THANK YOU to our teachers for all that they do! These Collection Sheets make getting Box Tops back to school very easily!
